Experience: work in the system of JSC “Almatyinzhstroy” since 1967. He started his working activity as a worker, then a foreman, a work superintendent, chief engineer, Head of the Administration, Deputy Chief of the Trust, Trust Administrator. On the 23 of June, 1989 Mr. Shin was elected the General Director of the JSC “Almatyinzhstroy”, chairman of the Board of directors of the NHC Almatykurylys since 2010. During four years he exercised direction of the Korean Culture Center in Almaty. Deputy of the Almaty city Maslikhat of the 11th call.
